When you arrive at the venue, please make sure you register at the desk. There will be signage to the room, which is accessible. The room is fitted with microphones and speakers, but there is no hearing loop.

Wi-fi will be available.

Refreshments and food will be provided throughout the day, in a room off to the side of the main conference room. All food is vegetarian and vegan. Special dietary requirements were requested on signup and have been catered for. If you are unsure as to whether your specific requirements have been met (or you need to make amendments), please do get in touch so that we can make sure you are catered for.

The event is not being live streamed or fully recorded. Please indicate to the person at the registration desk if you do not want to appear in any photographs taken (e.g. for social media) and we will make sure this is recorded on your lanyard (by way of a small sticker).

Luggage can be left with reception and the room has a coat rack for you to store items, but this will be at your discretion. If there is enough, a separate room for this will be made available. While items should be safe, luggage with reception is left there at your own risk.
