Havant Academy is nearing the end of its £10m refurbishment programme. Already, the site has been transformed with theatre, science and master class facilities. A giant glass atrium with footbridge now links two major teaching areas. The atrium comprises a large reception and a modern dining area with top class food created by award winning chef, Nick Ilot. Sheila Hancock opened the new theatre last summer and was well received by all students. The Academy also has an innovative information and Isaac Newton said: resources centre called The Hive.
