My grandmother and a whole lot of older women in our community at the

It comes so naturally to me, like breathing air.

My husband Tracy Gamble inspires me.

HOW DO YOU KEEP GOING ON DAYS WHEN THINGS GET TOUGH?

When I don’t know how to do anything else cooking always comes up. It is truly my calling. It makes me get up when times are tough.

The word of God is my support system. It definitely makes me feel like I can do all things through it.

Good movies, my family and knowing without a doubt, that I have something to do in my life worth fulfilling.

Long hot baths, and a good nights sleep.
