SeaWorld Orlando is serving up an incredible party for craft beer lovers with its 2023 Craft Beer Festival beginning today July 28 and brewing Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays through Sept. 4.
SeaWorld’s Craft Beer Festival will feature more than 100 crafts brews, wines, seltzers, and cocktails with beer lovers and explorers being able to enjoy an unbeatable mix of domestic and local Florida favorites. Local breweries like Crooked Can, Motorworks Brewing and Orange Blossom Brewing Co. will be part of the festival.
Guests also have the option to purchase a festival lanyard and can choose between 8 and 12-sample packages. There’s a special offer available to passholders to purchase the exclusive 15-sample package for the price of a 12-sample.

Osceola County Weather: Tropical wave brings rain to Osceola County Friday, through weekend

Happy Friday Osceola! We’ll see scattered showers today with a 70% coverage of rain and high temps in the upper 80s and low 90s. Tropical moisture moving across the state will continue to bring stronger waves of rain today, mostly in the late afternoon and early evening. We’ll see much the same on Saturday, and Sunday before exiting the state late in the weekend. Rain chances will drop to 50% most of next week with temps in the low 90s. Here’s the Positively Osceola day-by-day and week-ahead weather forecast:

A slight chance of showers before 11am, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms between 11am and 2pm, then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm after 2pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 91. Light south wind becoming southeast 5 to 10 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

Gatorland Alligator “Tamale” Featured In Florida Highway Patrol National Contest To Vote For 2023 Best Looking Cruiser
Gatorland and its American Alligator, Tamale, are featured in this year’s Florida Highway Patrol’s entry in the the 2023 Annual American Association of State Troopers “Best Looking Cruiser” contest.
Regional state troopers from across the nation submit pictures of their best-looking vehicles to represent their state. This year Florida Highway Patrol chose to do the shoot of one of their best-looking vehicles at Gatorland and feature one of Gatorland’s star alligators named Tamale.

July Will End With a $920 Million Mega Millions Bang

The last Mega Millions jackpot offered in July will be a massive one, as the estimated prize for the next drawing on Friday, July 28, is a whopping $910 million ($464.2 million cash). The jackpot is on the verge of $1 billion, a level it has surpassed four times in the past, most recently last January.
The big prize rolls after no ticket matched all six numbers drawn Tuesday night – the white balls 3, 5, 6, 44 and 61, plus the gold Mega Ball 25. Friday’s drawing will be the 29th in this current roll, which began after the jackpot was last won in New York on April 18.
