Research proves exceptional New research has revealed Promenade Hamilton Apartments are among the most affordable of all major new inner city projects.

Research by Broad Property Research and Advisory shows apartments in Promenade are just $6,335 per square metre in comparison to the average $7,129.

Director of Broad Research and Advisory Paul Broad said Promenade apartments reflected several fundamentals that proved to lead to stronger capital gains for inner Brisbane apartments.
