STUDIO PILATES 30 DAY CHALLENGE
the results are in!
The results are in and reveal that an average of 5cm to 7cm was lost from around the waist and hips of each of the 40 participants at the Studio Pilates 30 Day Challenge in August. With the assistance of menu plans, cardio programs and suggested Pilates home workouts, all clients received the results they desired. Studio Pilates’ manager, Sarah, had a chat to one happy client about her journey through the 30 Day Challenge.
Why did you decide to join the August Studio Pilates 30 Day Challenge? I am new to Pilates and wanted to take the challenge to establish positive habits. It taught me to plan, prepare and manage my time better to fit in workouts. Did you find that the content in the weekly emails assisted you with your goal? The weekly emails definitely kept me honest and helped me to stay on track. The articles were enjoyable and a good balance between nutrition and fitness with beneficial tips to maximise workouts when in the studio.

Did you find the eating plan, shopping list and recipes on the program helpful? I found the eating plan and recipe ideas a great resource as it is not easy to come up with ideas for every meal. What motivated you to keep going with the Challenge throughout the month? I think the weekly emails, weigh-ins and accountability were the main factors as I knew my instructor would check in with me each week to see how I was progressing. The instructors are fantastic, flexible and so supportive. What do you love most about Pilates? I love that Pilates is so efficient in targeting my whole body as after just 45 minutes I can walk out knowing I have worked all the major muscle groups. I love the awesome instructors and working out with my friends, plus a coffee after class is just a bonus.
