The Witch EXCLUSIVE TO DENDY PORTSIDE

In this exquisitely made and terrifying new horror film, the age-old concepts of witchcraft, black magic and possession are innovatively brought together to tell the intimate and riveting story of one family’s frightful unravelling in the New England wilderness, circa 1630. Upon threat of banishment by the church, an English farmer leaves his colonial plantation, relocating his wife and five children to a remote plot of land on the edge of an ominous forest within which lurks an unknown evil. Strange and unsettling things begin to happen almost immediately — animals turn malevolent, crops fail,

LIVING FINAL PENTHOUSE SOLD AT PINNACLE IN $10 MILLION SALES SPREE The final luxury penthouse at Brookfield Residential Properties’ Portside Wharf development has fetched over $2 million, capping off a sales spree that saw more than $10 million worth of apartments snapped up in recent months. Pinnacle’s five penthouses have all now sold, totalling more than $10.7 million, with the luxury residences selling for between $1.7 million and $2.5 million. Other recent sales include two River Terraces worth a combined $1.5 million and eight, two bedroom apartments. Brookfield Residential Properties’ General Manger Lee Butterworth said the lure of riverfront living was driving sales at Portside Wharf.

Sales in Pinnacle have reached $119 million with remaining apartments priced from $650,000 for two bedrooms, two bathrooms and secure car parking. Pinnacle residents have exclusive access to the building’s rooftop infinity pool, barbeque, entertainment area and gymnasium, providing a haven above the lively retail precinct with spectacular views across the city to the northern suburbs.

“Buyers have been predominately locals wanting to secure a riverside address, but we have seen an increase in buyers from southern states that are looking to take advantage of Brisbane’s affordable prices,” he said.

Apartments in Pinnacle boast superior features and fittings with European appliances, integrated dishwasher and microwave, ducted air-conditioning, high ceilings, high quality wool carpets, floor to ceiling windows, ample storage, and onsite security and manager.

“This city poses an appealing opportunity as price, location and rental yields combine to offer some of the best living and investment opportunities in Australia.”

Mr Butterworth said Portside Wharf was ideally located in the blue chip suburb of Hamilton, and Pinnacle boasted a prime, absolute riverfront position within the precinct.

“Portside Wharf has already welcomed a number of interstate first home buyers, owner occupiers and investors and we expect we’ll see a lot of interest from this market throughout 2016.”

“Northshore Hamilton is the city’s largest urban renewal project and Portside Wharf is the most sought-after address within this development,” he said.

Mr Butterworth said with the penthouses now sold out, buyers at the top end of the market would likely turn their attention to Pinnacle’s two remaining River Terraces.

“With unrivalled access to waterfront dining, shopping, conveniences and entertainment, Portside Wharf is the epicentre of Brisbane’s inner north.”

“The River Terraces offer a unique living experience for buyers looking for a luxury waterfront lifestyle,” he said.

Portside Wharf is located six kilometres from the CBD and sits between key economic areas with easy access to the domestic and international airports and Gateway Motorway.

“These two-storey homes are designed to maximise connectivity with the river and wharf, while their clever layout and elevated position ensures liveability and privacy.” “The outdoor terraces offer up to 76sqm of al fresco living with uninterrupted views over the Brisbane River.” “With dual-level living, huge outdoor spaces and direct access to a dynamic retail precinct, the River Terraces are an easy progression from a stand-alone house.”

The precinct is well connected to the rest of the city via public transport, including the CityCat, and major roads such as Kingsford Smith Drive which is set to receive a $650 million upgrade, turning it into a six lane boulevard. Pinnacle is the sixth residential stage of Portside Wharf after Loft, Infinity, Flare, Promenade and Link.
