Let’s “Wrap It Up”: CrEATe Sandwiches-and-Gifts

“When walking….walk. When eating….eat.” Zen Proverb

Let’s enter the holiday season using our creative energy for mindful movement, making tasty food and crafting holiday gifts. We will start each session with a short Tai Chi session so that we can practice the Warm-Up; Basic 6 Moves; and Cool Down exercises. From there, we will be “wrapping up” a different kind of delicious Wrap Sandwich each week, to be eaten prior to the craft-making part of the evening — or “wrapped up” for later. The second half of the evening will be for crafting gifts that can be kept for ourselves to enjoy or “gift-wrapped” to be given to others. It is a busy holiday season — and this will be a busy session filled with festive, fun activities! Come join us!
