THERE IS FRESH MART TO SELL ORGANIC VEGETABLES AND FRUITS FOR ROOF GARDEN. THIS AREA ATMOSPHERE AND MOOD IS LIKE WALKING STREET THAT OPENS ALL MORNING AND EVENING.

THE COORDINATION BETWEEN CO-COMMERCIAL AND CO-LIFESTYLE WILL MAKE SPACE FOR EXHIBITION AND FESTIVAL TO SHOW NEW PRODUCTS WHICH CAN BOOST ECONOMIC AND PROMOTE AND EXPAND THEIR PRODUCT AND BUSINESS.

THE THIRD FLOOR THE THIRD FLOOR IS CO-CREATIVE SPACE WHERE PROVIDES OFFICE FOR RENT BOTH HOT DESK DAILY OFFICE AND MEETING ROOM FOR RENT SERVICE FOR NEW STARTUP TO CONDUCT MEETING OR BUSINESS DISCUSSION.

THE SIXTH FLOOR IS CO-LIFESTYLE WHERE LINKS TO ROOF GARDEN. THERE ARE ORGANIC FOOD SHOPS. AND CO-LIFESTYLE COORDINATES WITH CO-CREATIVE WHERE LINK TO EACH OTHER FROM BELOW SPACE AND MAKE SHARING SPACE TO SHARE IDEA AND INTERACTION BETWEEN NEW AND OLD GENERATION TOGETHER WITH RAISE SENSE OF BELONGING OF BANGPHO.

THE FOURTH FLOOR THE FOURTH FLOOR IS STARTING COORDINATION AREA BETWEEN CO-CREATIVE AND COCOMMERCIAL WHERE USE FOR PUBLIC LIBRARY, SELLING SPACE AND CONDUCT WORKSHOP. THE OLD GENERATION HAS A CHANCE TO LEARN NEW IDEAS FROM THE NEW GENERATION WHILE THE NEW GENERATION CAN LEARN EXPERIENCE AND SKILL FROM THE OLD GENERATION IN ORDER TO ADDED VALUES OF THEIR PRODUCTS.

THE ROOF-DECK THE ROOF-DECK IS INSTALLED SOLAR CELL IN ORDER TO DECREASE EXPENDITURE OF ENERGY CONSUMING OF THE PROJECT. THIS BUILDING IS DESIGNED SOME AREA AS PASSIVE AND OPEN SPACE SO THE WILD CAN FLOW EASILY. FOR EXAMPLE, AT THE SECOND FLOOR AS THE RELAXING SPACE, AND AT COMMERCIAL ZONE WHERE IS ACTIVE THAT CAN CONTROL OPEN AND CLOSE SYSTEM AND THE ENERGY CONSUMING IS FROM SOLAR CELL.

From the section, we will see the south direction serving wind form southwest so the wind flow easily. The courtyard is opened for sunlight get through. The new space form coordination makes new viewpoint. If we look from the outside, we will realize this space is important. If we look from inside, we can see all movement of each activities from the coordination of each aspects.
