The UNI Petition: Seeking

Justice and Reparations for the Harm Inflicted on African American Communities by the Introduction of Crack Cocaine

To: The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and Relevant Government Bodies

We, the undersigned, stand united in seeking justice for the devastating harm inflicted upon African American communities through the introduction and proliferation of crack cocaine in the 1980s a deliberate act that mirrors the catastrophic impact of the opium epidemic in China but with even more dire, lasting consequences.

The introduction of crack cocaine into Black communities led to:

The Birth of 'Crack Babies': Generations of children born with physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges due to prenatal exposure to this dangerous drug.

Economic Disempowerment: African Americans became less competitive for jobs and hindered in educational advancement, perpetuating a cycle of poverty

Destruction of Families: The drug epidemic tore apart families, leading to mass incarceration, foster care displacement, and the breakdown of essential support systems in Black households.

These acts have contributed to systemic disenfranchisement, limiting African Americans’ ability to thrive and prosper in the United States.

Our Demands:

To redress the historical and ongoing harm caused, we demand:

1.

Acknowledgment of the CIA's role in the introduction and proliferation of crack cocaine in African American communities.

2.

Reparations of $50,000,000 ($1 Million+ per each year since 1980) for each African American impacted, to fund community recovery programs and provide economic resources for education, mental health, and business development.

Why This Matters:

This is not merely a call for financial compensation it is a demand for justice and the opportunity for African Americans to rebuild and thrive The intentional targeting of Black communities with crack cocaine caused irreparable harm, and it is long overdue for the responsible parties to be held accountable

We urge the government and its agencies to act immediately to address this grievance and ensure that no community is ever subjected to such systemic destruction again.

THE UNI PETITION

A DEMAND FOR REPARATIONS

We are united under the banner of The Underground Nation International (UNI), demanding accountability and reparations for the systemic harm inflicted on African American communities by the introduction of crack cocaine in the 1980s. This deliberate act devastated families, perpetuated poverty, and denied countless individuals their opportunities for a better life.

Our Demands:

1. An official acknowledgment of the CIA's involvement in spreading crack cocaine within Black communities.

2. Reparations of $50,000,000 per affected individual to fund recovery, education, and empowerment.
