RETAIL POD This Pod has been designed to take up minimal space whilst still being able to offer a great refinishing service.

There is a large customer entrance door to a comfortable self-contained waiting area complete with DDA external ‘push for assistance’ button and internal sounder.

Technicians can gain entry through a secure door entry keypad system, using the entry and exit switch to isolate all non-essential equipment when securing the centre at the end of each working day. Two internal and two external CCTV cameras that can be viewed on mobile data enabled devices. Intruder alarm with external bell box and strobe indicator, sounder beacon, keypad entry and emergency assist buttons. Door entry electronic keypad & emergency door release button.

TRADE POD We have designed this pod to offer a simple ‘drop in car park’ solution for alloy wheel refinishing. This solution can include many options from wet coating, powder coating, non structural to structural wheel repairs.

Utilising only 3 parking spaces, this option is perfect for dealerships, bodyshops and add-on business for tyre and fast-fit centres.

dcr pro wheel lathe Our Trade Pods and Retail Pods are fitted with the new DCR-PRO wheel repair lathe from Diamond Cut Refinishing and this includes their latest ‘KEEP THE TYRE ON’ technology.

‘Tried, Tested & Efficient’, this diamond cut lathe has evolved significantly over the past 6 years, to enhance the speed, foot print, noise, weight, and most of all, the size & quality of each alloy wheel it cuts. DCR remains current with latest technologies, innovating concepts to the highest level and ensuring that DCR-PRO is the best DCR technology on the market.

This ‘KEEP THE TYRE ON’ system saves so much time! - making this machine so much more efficient and cost effective. The tyre is wrapped, to stop the nasty silicone residue found in most tyre dressings used by valeting companies, then the wheel is cut to achieve the same finish as the original manufacturer’s diamond turned alloy wheel surface.

Our highly skilled engineers design, build and commission all equipment prior to delivery.

Installations just take 4 hours and include a physical QC handover and training on all installed equipment. Electronic operation and maintenance manuals are also provided.

Our Pods include 12-months parts and UK labour warranty as standard. Equipment warranties would be as per manufacturers agreements, subject to final selection. We can provide service level agreements which include regular planned preventive maintenance visits.

Our Pods are built using a coated steel base with painted steel frame construction, enclosed by 60mm metal composite acoustic sandwich panels and a high quality polyurethane insulated PUR foam core. Standard finishes for internal panels are smooth finished in white RAL-9010 with external panels in a silver RAL-9006 micro ribbed profile. Includes colour matching metal flashings, guttering and down pipe system. Steel plate floor construction coated in polyurethane paint.

Reception and workshop area includes internal suspended ceiling grid complete with wipeable white-foiled covered ceiling tiles and flush mounted LED panel lighting. All doors are UPVC and skirting is trimmed in anodised aluminium to suit application.
