DIAMOND CUT REFINISHING MACHINE FOR ALLOY WHEELS Diamond Cut wheels can now be re-cut in 20 minutes at a convenient location for the customer, this is a world first. The DC-1 Diamond Cut refinishing machine is used for the repair of cosmetic damage to diamond turned alloy wheels. Diamond cut wheels are, today, being fitted as standard to more vehicles than ever; in turn this has caused a problem for dealerships, body repair centres and most wheel refurbishment companies wishing to effect Quality repairs. The DC-1 has been designed (in consultation with industry professionals) to provide a “Quality Workshop Solution” with the Added Benefit of a Mobile Capability. The small foot-print makes DC-1 the ideal flexible solution. Diamond Cut wheels can now be re-cut in 20 minutes at a convenient location for the customer, this is a world first. The sole purpose of The DC-1 is refinishing alloy wheels, this is not a re-worked CNC lathe and as such does not have all the associated issues of training and manning. The DC-1 is specifically designed to remove the minimum of damaged material from a wheel to generate a perfect finish. On average the DC-1 only need remove 0.6mm from the surface of a wheel. Utilising proprietary touch screen interface, with intuitive software, the DC-1’s “Patent pending” technology has been designed to be simple to operate, minimising operator intervention wherever possible. To enhance the DC-1’s unique capabilities our designers have also produced a rapid repair process, enabling you to offer the ultimate finish for the wheel. The DC-1 comes with 2 days’ operator training at our training centre in Portsmouth. Delivery in the UK is included. Revenue generation from day 1 - Immediately upon connecting the power and air supply, the DC-1 machine is ready for operation.
