History

My first job in this industry, after a Dealer Management course with Vauxhall, was selling Volvo in Pennsylvania, two years. Then in Mayfair, London for 11 years selling Lancia, Alfa and Lamborghini, a quick year with an Israeli Car shark that sold very expensive cars to Arabs prior to obtaining my Aussie Visa. Arrived here and worked with Ron Hodgson Ferrari / Jaguar for 6 months before meeting John Thompson and joining Chatswood Classic for 8 years. Suddenly it was 1992 and I was here with white tiles and red Ferraris mixed with new Porsches.

“My grandfather worked for Herbert Austin, of Austin Morris notoriety in Longbridge, England all his life. He was distributing parts for Japan to help them build cars! My father sold Vauxhalls in Lagos, Nigeria for Unilever, he drove a ‘57 Chevrolet! He then became MD of Lex Corp UK, so it was natural for me to go into the motor industry."
