Letter from the Director of Development Dear Alumni, Family, and Friends, Thank you for your support of Pope Francis Preparatory School, which continues to have a significant impact on the students of today and tomorrow. This year Pope Francis Prep was able to make considerable strides. We have increased fundraising efforts by 35% and partnered with 918 benefactors in support of our mission. It is important to note that your support plays a vital role as one of two primary sources of revenue. Fundraising and the school’s enrollment work in conjunction to ensure the financial wellbeing of the school today and into the future. Enrollment at Pope Francis Prep is strong and continues to grow because of the support from our alumni, parents, faculty, staff, board, and friends. I am blessed to lead our development team of professionals during this exciting and crucial time of growth. I say blessed because over my first three years, I have been inspired by this amazing school community and honored to build on the rich traditions set forth by our legacy schools. Though I continue to learn daily, I am impressed and motivated by the daily hard work of my colleagues, to build and maintain this wonderful community that exists today. Under the leadership of Dr. Paul Harrington, our vision remains the same. This is accomplished through our mission to provide a Catholic co-educational, collegepreparatory school, instills Gospel values, and fostering academic excellence in our diverse community of learners. To do this, we need to connect and communicate with our alumni in a meaningful way. We want you to visit us and witness firsthand the Pope Francis Prep of today so you can see the value in supporting the Pope Francis Prep of the future. We are in the midst of perhaps the most challenging time for independent Catholic schools ever, and together, we can ensure that Pope Francis Prep remains a top notch, premier, Catholic school for years to come. I look forward to working with each of you to make certain the school and our community continues to prosper as we keep building on the successes of our legacy schools. With the cancellation of all in-person fundraising events in the spring of 2020, Pope Francis Prep hosted its first virtual Cardinal 5K Challenge.
