Royal Care Super Specialty hospital, Coimbatore

Project: A design and built hospital project.

B/up Area: Main building-36000 sqmt. & Oncology block: 9000 sqmt.

Aim: To provide a sustainable structure which will have state of the art medical facilities for patients. This tertiary care hospital has 210 beds in 1st phase which is expanded to 450 beds in 2nd phase. The hospital is a IGBC certified building

Challenges: Rapid construction of 2nd phase, consisting of 3 floors on top of existing 1st phase hospital and Oncology block.

Role: Phase 2 of the project

• Building approval drawings as per Hyderabad state by laws.

• Building execution/ Working and detail drawings.

• Coordination with site, MEP, electrical, plumbing consultants.

• Preparing approval drawings for specialty treatments roomsMRI, PET CT, Brachytherapy, MR Linnac treatment room etc

• Site visits & Client meetings

• Walkthrough and presentations

• Assisting in creation of estimates and budgets.
