Vendor Load-In Guide
Welcome to Poogan’s Courtyard! We are thrilled to have you join us for our upcoming event. To ensure a smooth experience, please take a moment to review the following guidelines:
Arrival
Vendors may arrive one hour prior to the event start time unless otherwise discussed with our team
Breakdown
You have up to one hour following the event end time for breakdown. All items must be removed the night of the event unless otherwise arranged.
Loading Zone
Our loading zone is directly across the street from the venue Please use this area for quick unloading
Preferred Parking
After unloading, we recommend parking at the Concord/Cumberland Garage, located at 1 Cumberland Street It’s just a short walk from Poogan’s Courtyard
Storage
We are unable to store any vendor items during the event. Please ensure all your equipment is either in use or removed from the premises.
Prohibited Items
Glitter and confetti are prohibited Real flame candles must be contained safely
Power Needs
If your service requires power, please bring extension cords and floor-safe tape to secure them
Courtyard Ceremonies
Vendor space is subject to availability and may be restricted due to ceremony seating
