• Due to the recent Covid Situation, the upper age limit for 2023 recruitment has been increased from 23 to 26 years for all categories.
• only those candidates who are born between 02-01-1997 to 01-01-2005 can apply for this year i.e 2022 bharti.

• Candidates who are applying can check their age qualification mentioned in the official notification that will be released by SSC
• Candidates whpo were born earlier than or later than the dates which are mentioned in the notification are not eligible to apply. However, there is age relaxation ion the upper age limit for different categories and communities.
GD Constable Eligibility
• The minimum educational qualification for candidates is matriculation or 10th class passed from any recognized bored or university. • Candidates who are waiting for the result or who have not acquired the required educational qualification such candidates are clearly not eligible. • Candidates should prepare all necessary certificates/documents describing the following: date of birth(age),education, domicile, caste, hill areas, and category for age relaxation, NOC(No objection certificate),Discharge certificate (only in the case of ex-servicemen or any other government employee)

• The exam consists of 4 sections with 80 questions 02 Marks Each
• The duration for the SSC GD Constable Tier I exam is 60 minutes.
• The Computer Based Examination (CBE) is conducted in bilingual languages English and Hindi only.
• There is 0.50 negative marking for every incorrect answer in the SSC GD online test.
• The questions asked in the online examination will be of High School (10th) level.
