Optimally prepared print data are the most important prerequisite for an outstanding print image on our products – and we don’t want to offer you anything less than that. Our package price therefore includes a free basic check of the print data.
Innovative products for a better planet.
Sustainability is an important part of the POLYCLEAN corporate strategy. It is becoming more and more important and is increasingly becoming a focus of our customers’ awareness. Our focus is on the development of resource-saving products. With our innovative products made of P-9000® Microfiber, surfaces can be cleaned and maintained efficiently - without chemical cleaning agents.
We do not use hazardous substances such as AZO dyes and plasticizers. We have been avoiding the use of PVC in our range for years. In addition, 95 % of our products are printed with water-based inks that contain no solvents. Our raw materials and products are tested at regular intervals, independently of the tests carried out by TÜV Rheinland LGA Products, Cologne. Raw materials are procured in compliance with the REACH regulation.
100 % green electricity from renewable sources
At our site in Ahaus, we only use 100 % green electricity. We use our modern photovoltaic system for this, which enables us to generate a large proportion of the electricity ourselves. We purchase any additional electricity we need in the form of certified green electricity. Optimized production processes and the conscious use of available resources in the manufacture of our products enable us to make a positive contribution to optimizing our ecological footprint.

In addition to implementing quality management, POLYCLEAN also focuses on protecting the environment. With ISO 14001 certification, we are going one important step further: our products are not only manufactured to the highest quality standards, but also take environmental aspects into account. We have also set ourselves further environmental targets for the coming years: By optimizing our production processes, we want to further reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions as well as waste volumes.
Efficient supply chains and CO2 compensation
Wherever we can, we focus on short supply chains. We work with a number of highly qualified and fair companies in Europe and are in close, personal contact with all our partners, and all our outgoing shipments are booked for CO2-compensated shipping with UPS carbon neutral. With this service, we have been offsetting transport-related greenhouse gases by investing in climate projects since 2023.
Resource-saving solutions for products and packaging
Our aim is to develop sustainable and resource-saving products. The P-9000® Microfiber made from rPET forms a central basis for this. The polyester content of this Microfiber is made entirely from recycled PET bottles. Whenever possible and sensible, we use rPET materials to reduce the use of primary raw materials. In this way, we conserve resources, reduce material consumption and material diversity and promote the efficient use of energy and other resources in production.
In addition to our rPET products, we offer recyclable packaging solutions such as 100 % recyclable glassine bags or paper cases. This packaging is optimally adapted to a functioning circular economy. In addition, packaging that has been optimized to conserve resources makes a significant contribution to reducing product emissions.

POLYCLEAN is also a ClimatePartner certified company* which means: we have recorded our greenhouse gas emissions, are continuously reducing them and have offset the unavoidable emissions through climate protection projects. Surplus and short delivery
All orders are produced individually for our customers, which means that the actual delivery quantity can deviate by up to 5% downwards or upwards from the order quantity. We therefore always invoice the actual quantity delivered.
Shipping time
We ship by UPS Standard within Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg unless otherwise agreed. You will generally receive the goods within 48 hours after dispatch. We can offer an express service on request at a surcharge.
International shipment
Please enquire individually about the standard delivery times for international shipping. In the case of shipments abroad, especially to third countries (e.g. Switzerland), you may incur additional costs due to the required provision of e.g. customs documents.
