At our production site in Ahaus, Münsterland, we design and manufacture a comprehensive range of products for professional applications in industry and trade

Quality assurance has always been extremely important to us. We not only control the quality of our products internally, but also work together with independent testing laboratories to ensure, for example, REACH-compliant standards.

Our job is only complete when your order has been delivered on time.

To this end, we work exclusively with professional, trustworthy logistics partners such as UPS.

Optimally prepared print data are the most important prerequisite for an outstanding print image on our products – and we don’t want to offer you anything less than that. Our package price therefore includes a free basic check of the print data.

Sustainability is an important part of the POLYCLEAN corporate strategy.

It is becoming more and more important and is increasingly becoming a focus of our customers’ awareness. Our focus is on the development of resource-saving products. With our innovative products made of P-9000® Microfiber, surfaces can be cleaned and maintained efficiently – without chemical cleaning agents.

We do not use hazardous substances such as AZO dyes and plasticizers.

We have been avoiding the use of PVC in our range for years. In addition, 95 % of our products are printed with water-based inks that contain no solvents. Our raw materials and products are tested at regular intervals, independently of the tests carried out by TÜV Rheinland LGA Products, Cologne. Raw materials are procured in compliance with the REACH regulation.

100 % green electricity from renewable sources At our site in Ahaus, we only use 100 % green electricity. We use our modern photovoltaic system for this, which enables us to generate a large proportion of the electricity ourselves. We purchase any additional electricity we need in the form of certified green electricity.

Optimized production processes and the conscious use of available resources in the manufacture of our products enable us to make a positive contribution to optimizing our ecological footprint.

ISO 14001 Certification In addition to implementing quality management, POLYCLEAN also focuses on protecting the environment. With ISO 14001 certification, we are going one important step further: our products are not only manufactured to the highest quality standards, but also take environmental aspects into account. We actively reduce our ecological footprint, pay attention to the responsible use of resources and are constantly working to offer more sustainable solutions – without compromising on product quality.

Focus environmental management Environmental management is firmly embedded in all areas and processes and is consistently integrated into every decision. Sustainable action is therefore an integral part of our corporate culture. As a result, our customers and partners can rely on the optimal and sustainable use of resources.

We have also set ourselves further environmental targets for the coming years: By optimizing our production processes, we want to further reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions as well as waste volumes.

Efficient supply chains and CO2 compensation Wherever we can, we focus on short supply chains. We work with a number of highly qualified and fair companies in Europe and are in close, personal contact with all our partners, and all our outgoing shipments are booked for CO2-compensated shipping with UPS carbon neutral. With this service, we have been offsetting transport-related greenhouse gases by investing in climate projects since 2023.

Resource-saving solutions for products and packaging Our aim is to develop sustainable and resource-saving products. The P-9000® Microfiber made from rPET forms a central basis for this. The polyester content of this Microfiber is made entirely from recycled PET bottles. Whenever possible and sensible, we use rPET materials to reduce the use of primary raw materials. In this way, we conserve resources, reduce material consumption and material diversity and promote the efficient use of energy and other resources in production.

In addition to our rPET products, we offer recyclable packaging solutions such as 100 % recyclable glassine bags or paper cases. This packaging is optimally adapted to a functioning circular economy. In addition, packaging that has been optimized to conserve resources makes a significant contribution to reducing product emissions.

ClimatePartner certified company POLYCLEAN is also a ClimatePartner certified company* which means: we have recorded our greenhouse gas emissions, are continuously reducing them and have offset the unavoidable emissions through climate protection projects. In addition to the avoidance and reduction of greenhouse gases, offsetting is an important step in holistic climate protection. *

* ClimatePartner certified company includes direct emissions generated within the company (electricity and heat generation, vehicles, volatile gases) and indirect emissions from purchased energy, business trips, and employee commuting. Cleaning has never been so simple. The new, environmentally friendly HFX® display sprayer combines two functions in one product: Spray, wipe – and the display is clean. Whether in the office or in the car, the functional and super-lightweight 2in1 Cleaner ensures a sparkling performance at all time. The innovative tool was especially designed for touchscreens, monitors, laptops, tablets, smartphones and sensitive display surfaces.

The combination of P-9000® Microfiber and preferably distilled water removes annoying fingerprints and ensures streak-free displays. In addition to that the HFX® display sprayer is quick and easy to refill.
