The Alto Adriatico Technological Pole is a technology park located in Friuli Venezia-Giulia which, since its foundation in 2002, has been dealing with technology transfer and entrepreneurial development. The Alto Adriatico Technological Pole is an engine for accelerating business ideas that feed on technology transfer and set off for sustainable growth, from an economic, but also from an environmental and social point of view. It is a physical location, where companies can develop entrepreneurial challenges based on innovation, but it is also a network hub connected to research and the offer of partners, technologies and skills by Italian universities, science parks and research centers. and international. The Park is today an incubator of new potential enterprises (the Technological Pole is in fact an incubator certified by the MISE), mostly innovative, to which it provides tools, skills and resources for the evaluation of the technological, commercial and economic feasibility of business ideas. In addition to offering services and support for project management and for the development of technological studies to implement products, the Technological Pole accompanies entrepreneurs in facing the digital transformation required today by the fourth industrial revolution, through the identification of technological resources and financial assets essential for the development of your innovative project. Through its network of skills, the Polo is able to provide various services to its community of companies, professionals, startups and institutions that share the desire to innovate. The Polo has the typical characteristics of a Hub & Spoke. This term, borrowed from the linguistic world of aviation, wants to underline how the Polo is a nerve center of Innovation and Research for the territory, but not only: through its activity it manages to compose a network of projects and partnerships which, involving many other research and development centers around the world, it manages to create projects with a wide range of action. Over the years, the Polo has managed to consolidate and strengthen collaboration with the main institutions, public administrations, research centers, technology transfer centers, chambers of commerce, universities and industrial associations, with which it develops high-impact multistakeholder projects on a daily basis for the territory.
