COMPANY Polaris Group was born in 1994 in Pertosa (SA), in the heart of the Cilento National Park, Vallo di Diano and Alburni, founded by Mr. Antonio Soldovieri.

Since it was founded, the major focus of the company has been the meeting of the request for genuine and high quality food products, both for the italian and the international market.

The best response to this request is represented by handcrafted products which, according to the tradition, are prepared with fresh and noble ingredients generously offered by our beautiful land.

Soon after the beginning, in fact, the company stood out as an important player in the icecream and frozen pastry-making industry with its brands Bontà and Dolce Vivere, starting a massive distribution especially in southern Italy.

The growth continued over the years and today Polaris Group is a developed and structured company, which preserves its values under the management of Antonio and his son Vincenzo.

The company comes from Campania, an italian region recognised as one of the best with respect to the italian pastry-making tradition and from which some of the best and worldwide known italian pastries, like torta caprese, rum babà, neapolitan pastiera, pear and ricotta cake, have their origin. The assortment is composed by different lines of cakes and pastries, which satisfy the different needs of the customer: • • • • • • • •

Many years of experience in the field allowed the firm to grow and develop its activity more and more, shaping a company which today is able to create formats and products according to the wishes of the customers, without giving up on the characteristics of the handcrafted production.

WHY FROZEN? • Deep freezing is a preservation method by which food is rapidly brought to a temperature below -18° C shortly after the preparation / harvesting / fishing.

• Deep freezing allows to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of food, thus retaining its freshness, texture and nutritional quality and deeply reducing or eliminating the use of preservative.

• They have an extended shelf life and are simple to manage and store, thanks to the illustrated and resealable packaging.
