What is a Service Level Agreement (SLA)

A Service Level Agreement (SLA) is an agreed period of time between a supplier and a client in which the supplier must complete the agreed services for the client.

How our SLA works

Our SLA is 2 business days for Stocked products and 3 business days for Non Stocked. The SLA starts on the first business day on or after an order is received by T Shirt and Sons (day zero). That order must be Shipped within 2 business days later.

Business days do not include Bank Holidays, weekends or any National Holidays in the country of production.
