1. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Information

What is a Service Level Agreement (SLA)

A Service Level Agreement (SLA) is an agreed period of time between a supplier and a client in which the supplier must complete the agreed services for the client.

How our SLA works

Our SLA is 2 business days for Stocked products and 3 business days for Non Stocked. The SLA starts on the first business day on or after an order is received by T Shirt and Sons (day zero). That order must be Shipped within 2 business days later.

Business days do not include Bank Holidays, weekends or any National Holidays in the country of production.

2. Our Production Facilities

Production Facilities

T Shirt & Sons have been a globally respected name in the printing industry for over 30 years. From our roots in screen printing, we have become leaders of innovation in the print-on-demand industry with production facilities in the UK & mainland Europe.

Kornit Digital Printing Machines

We use a fleet of Kornit digital printers that print directly onto fabric, creating bespoke designs at the most efficient speed and quality. DTG (Direct-to-garment) allows for low cost, single run orders with the ability to reproduce photographic images and complex designs using a wide range of colours.

6. Additional Services

Neck Labels

We offer Screen printed custom neck labels that are printed inside the collar of the garment with your logo, size and washing instructions. A set up fee and minimum order is required for this service:

Set-up Fee: £25 + VAT

Minimum Order Quantity: 20 sheets (£2 + VAT per sheet)

Application: £0.50 per garment

Sleeve Hems

We can sew sleeve hems to garments - customers to provide. Please note, this service is only available to UK customers. There is no holding fee, and the application cost is £0.50.

Swing Tags

We can attach swing tags to garments - customers to provide. This is a free application service we provide at no additional charge.

Branded Delivery Slips & Packaging

If you would like to use your own branded packaging, customers can provide us with delivery slips and packaging, that we then use to dispatch all of your orders. This service is available free-of-charge.

Bulk Ordering

We offer bulk ordering on all our products for both digital and screen printing. Please contact our Business Development team, if you would like more information about this service.
