I know for many new owners, it may have been very challenging to find a resale home, so I’m glad it all worked out for you to be here. For those who haven’t found their perfect home yet due to limited resale home inventory, I encourage you to consider buying a lot and building. I know there have been assumptions made about lumber prices being high, and that builders won’t be able to start building anytime soon, but I can assure you that new construction is still a cost effective option, regardless of material increases. Our latest project is a rowing and kayaking program that is both recreational and therapeutic, open to all Veterans and First Responders. It is a way of saying thank you to the men and women who have served in uniform to protect us and keep us safe.
