I hope everyone had an amazing summer, and I can’t believe we are already in August. I can say that the demand for finding a home at the lake hasn’t slowed down at all, and there are still a number of nice opportunities whether looking for a lakefront camp, building lot, or a resale home off the lake. By now, I am sure most of you have heard other residents talking about “Camp Summer of ‘69” being offered for sale, which was an original Lake Naomi A-frame that was recently updated to keep within the original character of the community. The Camp is now under agreement, and I am delighted it will be going to a family that truly appreciates it and will have the camp for many years to come. The good news is for those that may have missed out on purchasing “Camp Summer of ‘69”, we are working on Summer of ‘69 “Chaper 2”, which will be our second vintage-inspired A-frame for sale, and is sure to impress.
