What a wonderful time of year to be spending quality time with family and friends in Pocono Pines. As you all know, this year has been challenging for all of us, but I find staying busy and having a positive attitude certainly makes life easier. I think sometimes we forget how lucky we truly are to be living in this area, and that many people would do anything just to spend a day here at the lake. To those now making Pocono Pines their full-time residence, I hope you are adjusting well. This year has just flown by, as we already look ahead to 2021. I think it’s obvious how busy the real estate world has become at the lake. If you are considering selling land or your lake home, now is the time. Many residents are listing their existing homes for sale and building new homes. We have many remodeling projects and new homes underway at this time, and I encourage anyone looking to remodel or build a new home, to start planning your projects immediately, so they can get underway next year.
