Every new year gives us a chance to make improvements and re-evaluate our personal and professional lives. It feels good to make changes, and I hope you are enjoying the progress you are making so far this year. Pocono Pines Home-Style Magazine has a new nickname this year, called “CAMP” which is meant to remind us that Pocono Pines is for relaxing, disconnecting, and enjoying your lake home. I think many times we forget the original intention of why lake life was created. I have one luxury “Camp” available for sale on Pine Cone Road in Lake Naomi, which has been restored, is fully furnished and will be listed on the MLS later this month for under $500,000. Tours will be available after the home is officially listed for sale. In other real estate related news, Dembinski Realty Company would like to encourage you to consider listing your home or land now, rather then waiting until the Spring.
