Dear Neighbors & Guests, Happy Holidays! What a wonderful time of year to be spending in Pocono Pines with family and friends. I still get excited to see that first snow fall of the year, as it brings me a sense of calmness and serenity. November and December are still very busy times in the real estate industry, as many visitors are up looking for their perfect getaway. I would encourage anyone waiting to list their home in the Spring, to consider listing it now while demand is still very high. I have one unique property that will be listed for sale on the MLS this season, called “Camp Naomi,” located on Pine Cone Road, in Lake Naomi. This 1978 camp will be fully furnished, and remodeled in an “Arrow & Antler” theme. I can’t wait for that one lucky family to be able to start enjoying this home.
