Happy New Year! I am so excited to bring to you another year of Pocono Pines Real Estate Happenings. For those that have been following along for the last several years, we have rebranded “Pocono Pines Home-Style Magazine ” to “ CAMP LIFE ”. Our focus is to not only bring you important local real estate updates, but also introduce you to valuable service providers, and share completed remodeling and new home projects, for inspiration, when updating your lake home.
In the summer of 2021, I started focusing on where I could continue contributing to the community, in a positive way. I started driving around (slowly), and noticed that there were a few homes that could have been updated further, to meet their fullest potential. Ultimately these homes are what we know today as “Camp Summer of ‘69”, “Camp Naomi”, & “Camp Augusta”, who have set record resale values, which is great for anyone who has an investment in these communities. Who would have thought that these modest “Camps” would have been featured in Philladelphia Magazine, The New York Times, & Cozy Cabins & Cottages. I enjoyed all of these projects equally and I look forward to continue offering families a CAMP to call their HOME in 2023,
