It is currently operated by them and their family and has become well known in the Pacific Northwest for the Olson recipes. We are proud to offer our award winning sausages, jerky and our famous double smoked ham and bacon. As well as smoked meats our fresh meat for the meat counter is selected from local distributors supplying certified Angus, certified Hereford and natural fed beef, pork and lamb. Celebrating 29 years!

There’s a reason customers keep coming back. Come see me and find out why!

Back in 1995, Dario Brancato came from Sicily to America with his parents and two brothers for a better opportunity. He always had a passion to cook and was always in the kitchen making food for others. Growing upon small town Floridia, Sicily, he spent most of his days at his grandmother and mother’s sides learning about cooking true Italian traditional food, because some day he wanted to be able to create the food he loved so much. Dario and Rocio met on a blind date and married seven months later. Four years later they welcomed their son, Giovanni, and a year after that Il Siciliano Ristorante Italiano. If you’re craving for the original taste of Italian dishes you’ll find it here – La nostra casa e’ la vostra casa! (Our home is your home!)
