...People & Pets Game Farm Park is going to the dogs with the upcoming Petpalooza festival Contest, an agility area, FlyDogs and agility demonstrations, and over 150 vendors offering a variety of lowcost pet services, adoptions, samples, information and a huge selection of animal-related products.

Petting Zoo

Returning for 2018 is the widely popular 15’ x 50’ premier petting zoo. This petting zoo is a different kind of petting zoo, with no barriers once inside the enclosure and all the animals roaming freely with the public. The zoo, sponsored by State Farm, includes wallabies, llamas, exotic goats and more. Other children’s activities include free inflatable rides, free face painting and ArtRageous hands-on art activities.

The free event will feature live entertainment on the Tractor Supply Co. stage that will include, among others, Reptile Isle, Northwest Animal Adventures and The Parrot Lady. Petpalooza also includes pony rides, Mud Bay’s popular Northwest Pet

The hilarious All-Alaskan Racing Pigs are returning this year as well, thanks to Verity Credit Union, who’s sponsoring the adorably hysterical shows (there will be 5 total over the course of the day). These famous racing pigs are a team of the fastest and funniest athletes to serve up entertainment anywhere! Flat-track racing and hurdling are their specialties, but a good gag is always on the menu.

Sourdough Jack and Soapy Smith have been cooking up fun since their first races years ago in Fairbanks, Alaska. You won’t want to miss them!

Border Collie International Also returning is Border Collie International, a performing Canine Team of rescued border collies. Greg leads is Border Collies to uniquely educate spectators of all ages through a variety of demonstrations with his world class Frisbee tricks. Border Collie International is sponsored by NutriSource. Also offered is the NutriSource Community Frisbee Contest and one-on-one hands-on Frisbee clinics

Dog Trot Fun Run

Registrations are being accepted thru May 16th for the Dog Trot Fun Run. Dog Trot is a family-oriented fun run/walk that takes place just prior to Petpalooza at 9:30 a.m. Participants may choose between the 3K or the 5K route. The course is flat, easy and enjoyable for all ages and ability levels. The chip-timed race gives participants the most accurate finish times. Awards will be distributed to the top participant in six age groups. Child (8
