1. Coffee - Drink it late at night so instead of sleeping, you will have lots of time to think about stuff. 2. Exercise - Don’t get too much. Besides, it’s more comfortable to sit in your chair and watch your tummy grow. 3. Breakfast - Skip it. You can always get a couple of burgers and fries for lunch. 4. Lard - It might not be as bad as they say, so what the hey. Whale blubber might be good too but it’s harder to get. 5. Salt - Salt has been used by mankind for a long long time, so it must be good for you. Always have a salt shaker on the table, unless you’re a cardiologist’s wife.
