Timothy Pierick has been providing detailed and informational home inspections on the plateau and beyond for 10 years, first at Pierick’s Precision Home Inspection and since 2015 as The House Whisperer. We take a well balanced approach during the whole inspection process. We try to keep it all in perspective by pointing out the good attributes of a home while at the same time pointing out the major and safety concerns. We encourage our clients to work with the inspectors as much as they are comfortable with.

The House Whisperer offers a $350 Flat Fee home inspection for any single family residence up to 2000 sq. feet within 50 miles of Enumclaw. This includes a pest report if required pursuant to WSDA regulations. Full reports and digital photos of all major issues presented in a professional binder on-site.

We provide inspections for buyers & sellers, homeowner status inspections, new home and one year warranty inspections on new homes.

Since 2008 we also have been utilizing FLIR Thermal Imaging Infrared technology.

Olson’s Meats & Smokehouse located in Enumclaw, Washington was started by Greg and Marcia Olson in April 2002. A local family owned and operated full service, old fashioned Butcher shop. It is currently operated by them and their family and has become well known in the Pacific Northwest for the Olson recipes. We are proud to offer our award winning sausages, jerky and our famous double smoked ham and bacon. All of the smoked meats are processed at Olson’s Meats in our sausage kitchen and smoked in our old fashioned smokehouse. Buying and mixing our own spices is one of the secrets to being the best. As well as smoked meats our fresh meat for the meat counter is selected from local distributors supplying certified Angus, certified Herford and natural fed beef, pork and lamb. Ken has been a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones for the past 20 years, prior to which he was in commercial banking. He takes particular joy in assisting clients meet their retirement goals.

He and his family moved to Enumclaw over 30 years ago, raising their three children in this beautiful community, taking full advantage of the skiing and out of door recreational opportunities.

Anita Anderson is the senior branch office manager, she has been with Ken for 18 years and resides on the plateau.
