The first building (pictured right and below), a 1,028-square-foot, 114-year-old former singlefamily residence, is located at 1954 S. Wilkeson St. The project budget is estimated at $18,000. The bid deadline expired on Fri., Sept. 19, at 11 a.m. The following contractors submitted bids on the project: A & D Quality Construction Co. (Renton, Wash. — $36,350); A Advanced Septic Services, Inc. (Puyallup, Wash. — $17,315); Green Earthworks Construction, Inc. (Tacoma, Wash. — $15,985); Dirtek Disposal (Tacoma, Wash. — $16,830); Woodland Industries (Puyallup, Wash. — $11,800); and The Miller, Inc. DBA T. Miller Construction (Auburn, Wash. — $17,300). More information is available online at cityoftacoma.org. The second building, a 1,944-square-foot, 73-year-old former single-family residence, is located at 2101 S. Sprague Ave. The project budget is estimated at $18,000. The bid deadline expired on Mon., Sept. 22, at 11 a.m. The following contractors submitted bids on the project: A & D Quality Construction Co. (Renton, Wash. — $20,700); Pelland Enterprises (Puyallup, Wash. — $7,400); Green Earthworks Construction, Inc. (Tacoma, Wash. — $15,675); Dirtek Disposal Inc. (Tacoma, Wash. — $24,000); The Miller Inc. DBA T. Miller Construction (Auburn, Wash. — $17,650); and Woodland Industries (Puyallup, Wash. — $11,000). Portland Ave. The project budget is estimated at $12,000 to $16,000. The bid deadline expired on Fri., Sept. 19, at 11 a.m. The following contractors submitted bids on the project: A & D Quality Construction Co.
