Never pour fats, oils or grease (F.O.G.) down drain or in recycling or yard waste Transport cool cooking oil in plastic jug with a secure twist-on lid Remember to use a jug that allows for easy pouring into the collection tank Please pour oil slowly and with care into the on-site collection tank to avoid splatter Take containers home with you to retain this free public service Empty jugs can be rinsed and recyled at home
