You will consult with consumers by either telephone or approved written correspondence to resolve delinquent, unpaid accounts. Each call made or received will be documented through our account update system. Your expertise will be valued by our growing company and your feedback and recommendations to management for improved processes will be recognized and appreciated. A high school diploma or GED certificate or equivalent relevant work experience is required; Bachelor’s degree and previous collection experience is preferred.
