Sales Manager
Pacific Research Laboratories is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its sales and marketing team. The Sales Manager is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the organization. This position will staff and direct a sales team, establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base and tap into new markets. Required: - Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Sales Manager - Demonstrated ability to develop, train, and motivate a sales team - Self-motivated and competitive with strong organizational and interpersonal skills - Ability to give and receive feedback, recognize and act on customer needs, build rapport, and gain closure - Ability to analyze industry and customer data and develop strategies to expand market penetration, identify new customers and generate revenue - Periodic Global travel Preferred: - MBA is highly desirable - Medical industry experience a plus Pacific Research Laboratories, an employee-owned company, offers a competitive compensation and benefit package that includes a 401k Retirement Plan and ESOP.
