IT’S AS SIMPLE AS A-B-C A. If you have your prescription with you, go to the ordering window to the left of the pick-up counter. B. If you want to consult the pharmacist, first go to the privacy consultation window on the right side of the pick-up counter and around the corner of the pharmacy department. C. Ask when ordering how long it will take to fill your prescription and then it usually will have been verified with your physician or refilled and be waiting for you. IT ALWAYS IS A PLEASURE TO SERVE YOU AS SPEEDILY AND ACCURATELY AS POSSIBLE.

Journeys to Wholeness I offer a unique approach to counseling that gives you direct experience of your power to change. I call my practice “Journeys to Wholeness” because I help you transform the challenges in your life into the opportunity to be more truly who you are. I am a licensed psychotherapist with over 20 years experience serving the San Juans, providing individual and relationship counseling as well as facilitating groups. I am also a HEAL certified equine facilitated therapist; I partner with my horses to guide healing experiences for my clients. I blend my traditional training in psychotherapy with the emergent field of “energy psychology.” With this approach I help you identify and follow to its source the “energy” of a particular issue as expressed through your emotions and physical sensations or symptoms in your body. I then guide you through a process to change the energy around the presenting symptom or issue. It is my experience that the techniques that I work with bring accelerated results and empower you to create long-lasting change. For a list of these techniques, please go to my ad in this guide. Visit my website for my current group offerings and to learn more about me and my horses: Offices in Eastsound and on Lopez Island • (360) 468-3785 • • See display ad on 22

I am a psychoanalytically trained therapist working with individuals and couples looking to understand why they are having difficulties in their lives. There are aspects of our minds that remain unconscious yet they have an enormous influence on the choices we make. Talking openly in therapy is an effective way of understanding how your choices and behaviors are influenced by thoughts that are not yet conscious. In our work together I will help you listen more attentively to your own thoughts and associations in order to expand your awareness, allowing you to see new options in your life. I believe the intimacy of the therapeutic process allows individuals to have a rich relationship with their internal life and with others.
