MEDICAL CENTER ORCAS FAMILY HEALTH CENTER

Orcas Family Health Center is a Rural Health Center and 501-c3 non-profit organization with a commitment to seeing all patients regardless of income or ability to pay. We take all insurance and have a sliding fee scale for people with deductibles or no insurance.

If you need medical care, give us a call. We will work with you. We know about other programs and discounted services in the area as well and we can get you connected. We can help you decide when and who to see for specialty care off island and, sometimes, help avoid a trip off altogether.

We have a family practice physician, a family nurse practitioner, and a friendly and experienced staff. We provide all aspects of family health services from newborn care to end of life care. We provide family planning services and women’s health care.

We have basic office labs, including Coumadin (INR) monitoring, and we can draw blood and send lab specimens for our own patients and for other providers. Most lab results are available the next day. We take x-rays right here and can send the images directly to a radiologist if needed.

There is a provider available after hours every day and on weekends for phone consults and/or urgent after-hours care as needed.

We have same day appointments available and can accommodate urgent walkin cases as needed.
