and community volunteers, we have over 50 categories showcasing the area’s best. Each year I look forward to finding out about new restaurants and services that have been selected by readers as being the best in their specialty. This year as in years past we have some new winners and finalists as well as perennial favorites such as Azteca in the best mexican food category and Monica’s Waterfront Bakery winning best bakery or Waterfront Park as the best kids playground in CK and Seaport Salon as the best day spa. New this year is The Legacy Group winning the best mortgage company category and Hop Jacks coming in as a finalist in the best hamburger category. Whatever your personal favorites in Central Kitsap are, in this year’s Best of CK special section there are more than 170 businesses, people and places showcased, which

really does say a lot about our fantastic community. While this particular reader choice awards contest recognizes the top three vote getters in each category, I’d like to give a shout out to all the businesses and people that received votes this year and in years past. We have a terrific community full of locally owned businesses that work hard every day to meet the needs of their customers and I encourage all of our readers to always shop locally first. Congratulations again to this year’s winners and finalists of the Best of CK readers choice awards. Now it’s time to get your pens or pencils out to make a list of places to try that you may not have been to before. Personally, I’m looking forward to expanding my list of favorite foods in CK. Enjoy! Sean McDonald Publisher

AGENT
KEVIN DAY
Thank You What an incredible honor to be voted ‘Best Real Estate Agent’ two years in a row! On behalf of my family we would just like to thank each and every one of you: none of this would be possible without you.
If you are looking at buying investment properties, remember: I provide 100% financing to purchase foreclosure auction properties. I’m the one to call if you want to build your real estate portfolio.
I have been told that if you love what you do for a living you are truly blessed, and I wake up every morning excited to get out there and help folks find the home of their dreams. Whether you’re buying, selling or just shopping, it’s a lot of fun to get in there and assist people.
We honor all of our sales by having a flag ceremony. We present our clients with the U.S. Flag to hang at their new home; I look forward to flag ceremonies with you!
Our motto: “For all you do we’re here for you!”
The best way I can show my appreciation is by inviting you to my customer appreciation day. Please login to Facebook and search for Kevin
Day Voted Best Agent and “click” the LIKE button. There you will find all the information for the event. Finally, Patriot Realty honors local patriots for their civic duties throughout the community. Go to our website, www.PatriotRealty4U.com to see the current patriot of the month. If you know of some special person that has gone above and beyond in the community you can nominate them for the award. Again thank you so much for selecting me. It’s a very special honor.
