Jaime Amador Classic Cycle
Jaime is co-owner of Classic Cycle on Bainbridge Island. Together with her husband, Paul Johnson, she continues Classic Cycle’s tradition of expert bicycle sales and service. As a curvy female cyclist who favors comfortable clothing over traditional cycling gear, she brings a unique perspective when ordering apparel and bicycles that are specifically designed to fit real women. This year, Classic Cycle will feature events such as an after-hours Ladies Night where women can preview the latest cycling fashions, test-ride bicycles, and enjoy custom fitting services. Jaime’s goal is to invite more women to consider cycling — without sacrificing style!
Jen & Nicole Sweet Deal
After three & a half years, the success of Sweet Deal speaks for itself. The business model is simple: Fashion doesn’t have to cost a fortune. Sweet Deal has quite a loyal customer base which range from pre-teens to sophisticated women. “Honestly, any age woman can walk in the shop & find something fashionable, fun & appropriate for her,” say Nicole & Jen. Despite the current economic situation, the owners have managed to keep the prices affordable so one can still shop local and find a “sweet deal” of her own. Our helpful staff looks forward to serving our tourists and resident Islanders during the Winslow Way reconstruction project. We hope the Buy Local campaign stays fresh in everyone’s mind. We WILL be here to serve you!
