Researchers in Japan found that one way to reduce our levels of chronic stress, is through exposure to plants and flowers. My Mother’s Olive Oil Delicious olive oil drizzled SMASHED POTATOES gives you all the crispiness of French fries with the delicious flavours of the Mediterranean.
SMASHED POTATOES Ingredients:

24 oz small potatoes
Boil potatoes until soft.
1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp My Mother’s extra
Remove boiled potatoes and place on parchment paper on a baking
virgin olive oil
sheet. Smash the tops of each potato until they are nice and thin,
