PNOC Foundation is a platinum-rated 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to a future where we lose no child to brain cancer Brain cancer is the leading cause of childhood cancer death in the United States Children battling brain cancer need immediate, effective, less toxic treatments.
Now, there is hope on the horizon.
The Pediatric Neuro-Oncology Consortium (PNOC) was founded to challenge the traditional, slow research paradigms by prioritizing innovation, efficiency and speed This sense of urgency drives every aspect of our work With an operational base at UCSF and a global network of top brain tumor
advancements in tumor biology are rapidly translated to new therapies for children with brain tumors.
Today, PNOC stands as a testament to the power of collaboration. As we enter the next phase, our priority is to secure full funding to keep pace with the exponentially accelerating and exciting science. The clinical trial platform we have meticulously built is a proven system capable of changing lives Our past successes are just the beginning. Now, we are focused on accelerating our impact, ensuring that every child diagnosed with brain cancer has a fighting chance at survival and a future filled with hope.
"We want to have a treatment available for every child and rapidly advance therapies that are globally accessible. We now have researchers from almost every continent working to really advance the science and therefore our clinical trial offerings to our patients " says Dr Sabine Mueller, PNOC Co-founder and Project Lead.
