CARE GUIDE

Use doormats outside each entrance to your home or business to prevent dirt, sand, grit and other substances from being tracked onto your floor. Use non-staining mats on your floor. Do not put rubber-backed, latex-backed or coco fiber mats on your floor because they will stain or damage the surface Close your curtains or blinds where extreme sunlight hits the floor. A combination of heat and sunlight causes most home furnishings to fade or discolour. Support furniture with wide-bearing, non-staining floor protectors. Ideally, the protectors should be at least one inch in diameter, made of non-pigmented hard plastic, and rest flat on the floor. Non-staining felt protectors are also acceptable. Casters (type W), felt pads or floor protectors are recommended for all moveable furniture. Use protection mats under chairs with caster in order to avoid abrasion of the vinyl flooring. Make sure that any metal protectors are rust-proof. If you need to move heavy furniture and/or appliances across the floor, always use strips of wood or hardboard runways to protect the floor. Always use runways even if you have an appliance dolly, or even if the heavy objects are equipped with wheels or rollers. Sweep your flooring regularly with a damp cloth and only with water at least once a week. Prevent stains by wiping up spills promptly. Occasional mopping with Rinse-Free Cleaner is recommended when dirt builds up and sweeping alone is not sufficient. Follow strictly the guidelines given on the bottle. Do not use soap or detergent products as they will leave a dulling film.

All Luxury Vinyl Plank & Tile requires effective cleaning and maintenance to ensure durability, appearance and safety. How frequent the floor must be maintained depends largely on the amount and type of traffic and the amount and frequency of soiling. The type and color are important, too. For example, solid colored and smooth embossed floors will show scuffs, scratches, dirt and general wear more that multicolored or textured embossed patterns. Likewise, light colors will show marks more than darker colors. Although Primo Florz Products can make general recommendations, the local conditions will determine what specific maintenance is needed. It is the responsibility of the maintenance contractor to set up a maintenance program meeting the needs of the facility. Maintenance requirements for various installations such as an office suite verses a supermarket, restaurant dining area, large or small retail store, or residential applications may vary. Whenever possible, get a Rise-Free care instruction from your flooring retailer or manufacturer. For stubborn stains, use denatured alcohol or stain remover made specifically for luxury vinyl. Gently rub at the stain until it is removed. Don’t Use: Do not use detergents, abrasive cleaners or “mop and shine” products they may leave a dull film on your floor. Do not use paste wax or solvent – based polishes. Do not use beater bar when vacuuming because it can visibly damage the floor surface. Do not use ammonia, acetone, lacquer thinner or highly abrasive scrubbing tools.

STAIN GUIDE

Stain Solver Tips: The overall stain resistance of our floors is excellent and most spills will wipe off quickly and easily with a clean, white cloth.  Removing certain substances may take a little extra effort, as outlined in the chart below.  Start with first step listed. Only do steps necessary to resolve the problem  Always use a clean, white cloth for wiping up stains and turn it frequently to avoid spreading the stain. Rinse with clean water and allow area to dry between steps  If stain removal causes a change in gloss level, apply polish to restore the shine. Do not use wax, do not buff. Allow polish to dry “ tack-free” between coats Food, Beverages If a substance is gummy, scrape off with dull knife. Clean using Heavy Duty Cleaner and Stripper and a soft nylon pad or soft bristle brush. Saturate a clean, white cloth with bleach solution, cover stain and allow standing for no more than 1 hour. Tar, Oil, Asphalt, Grease, Wax, Paint (oil-based) Scuffs, Marks, Scratches Minor Cuts, Burns

Scrape excess substance off with dull knife. Clean using Heavy Duty Cleaner and Stripper and a soft nylon pad or soft bristle brush. Lipstick, Antiseptics

Scrape excess off with a dull knife. Clean using Heavy Duty Cleaner and Stripper and a soft nylon pad or soft bristle brush. Wipe with a clean, white cloth dampened with lighter fluid, painter´s naphtha or isopropyl alcohol. Saturate a clean, white cloth with bleach solution, cover stain and allow standing for no more than 1 hour.

Rust

Clean using Heavy Duty Cleaner and Stripper and a soft nylon pad or soft bristle brush. Saturate a clean, white cloth with bleach solution, cover stain and allow standing for no more than 1 hour.

LVT Click & Loose Lay Products EXCLUSIVE LIMITED WARRANTY Surface Source USA provides a one (1) year Limited Warranty that the Luxury Vinyl Flooring product is free of any manufacturing defects. If such products are found to be defective, SSUSA will supply new products of the same or similar style, size, color, grade and gauge for repair or replacement of the defective area and will pay reasonable labor cost if it was professionally installed. Non defective products that were damaged by improper installation would not constitute a valid claim under this Limited Warranty. SSUSA reserves the right to inspect any claim, request photographs and/or samples prior to approving such claim. PRE-INSTALLATION LIMITED WARRANTY Surface Source USA warrants that this product is free of visual defects. You and/or your installer should carefully inspect each piece before installation. Any pieces that appear to have defects should not be installed. SSUSA will not be responsible for any claim for product installed with visual defects. WEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Luxury Vinyl Flooring is protected with a wear layer. Surface Source USA warrants that there will be no wear-through of the wear layer for the amount of years indicated for the specific product. “Wear-through” means complete loss of the wear layer so that the printed layer is changed or affected. This Limited Warranty only applies provided the recommended installation and maintenance procedures are followed. DRI-BACK INSTALLATION

Luxury Vinyl Flooring Program GENERAL GUIDELINES All instructions and recommendations are based on the most recent information available. They should be followed for an ideal installation. 1. Dri Back Vinyl Plank and Tile should be installed in indoor climatecontrolled locations between 65° – 85°F. It should NEVER be installed outdoors. 2. Dri Back Vinyl Plank and Tile should be acclimated in the climatecontrolled location for 48 hours before starting installation. 3. Dri Back Vinyl Plank and Tile should only be installed after the jobsite has been cleaned and cleared of debris that could potentially damage a finished plank installation. 4. During the Dri Back Vinyl Plank and Tile installation, mix and install planks from several different cartons to minimize shade variation 5. The finished Dri Back Vinyl Plank and Tile installation should be protected from exposure to direct sunlight. SUBFLOOR PREPARATION Proper preparation of the subfloor is a major part of a successful installation. Roughness or unevenness of the subfloor may telegraph through the new floor, resulting in an unsightly surface and cause excessive wear on high spots or indentation on low spots. All subfloor and underlayment patching must be done with a non-shrinking, waterresistant Portland cement patching compound. A. Concrete Subfloor 1. Concrete subfloors must be dry, smooth and free from dust, solvent, paint, wax, grease, oil, asphalt sealing compounds and other extraneous materials. The surface must be hard and dense, and free from powder or flaking. 2. New concrete slabs must be thoroughly dry (at least six weeks) and completely cured. The final responsibility for determining if the concrete is dry enough for installation of the flooring lies with the floor covering installer. 3. Holes, grooves, expansion joints and other depressions must be filled with a Portland cement-based underlayment and troweled smooth and feathered even with the surrounding surface. 4. Concrete floors with a radiant heating system are satisfactory, provided the temperature of the floor does not exceed 90°F at any point. Before installation, turn on the heating system to eliminate any residual moisture. B. Wood Subfloor 1. Wood subfloors must be suspended at least 18” above the ground. Adequate cross-ventilation must be provided, and the ground surface of a crawl space must be covered with a suitable vapor barrier. 2. Wood subfloors directly on concrete or installed over sleeper construction are NOT suitable for the installation. 3. All wood and wood composition panels, including plywood, OSB, flake board and particle boards, can be used providing they are smooth, flat, structurally sound and free of deflection. 4. A 1/4” underlayment panel should be installed over the subfloor if the surface of the wood subfloor is not smooth. C. Existing Floor Coverings 1. Dri Back Vinyl Plank and Tile can be installed over most existing hard–surface floor coverings provided the existing floor surface is smooth, or can be made smooth. 2. Ceramic tile should be made smooth by applying a cementious overlay such as patching or leveling compound to smooth out grout joints. 3. For existing resilient floor, it may be required to apply an embossing leveler over a deeply embossed floor. Heavily cushioned vinyl flooring or vinyl flooring consisting of multiple layers are NOT suitable subfloor for installation. INSTALLATION MATERIALS AND REQUIRED ACCESSORIES: DO NOT USE ANY ADHESIVES other than what is recommended. Allow adhesive to set until dry to the touch prior to installation of planks. Use of these types of products will void the warranty by SSUSA. • DO NOT install over subfloors where moisture exists C) Sub-floor Recommendations: ALWAYS USE latex floor primer on all porous surfaces such as wood or concrete prior to installation. Do not use fans to speed up the dry time. NEVER USE solvent type sub-floor primers, fillers or levelers. Do not use latex or oil base paint primers, or any oil based primers.

Dri Back Plank and Tile can be installed over dry concrete, existing wood floors, plywood and smooth well-adhered sheet vinyl or plank. Surfaces(s) must be clean, (free of dirt, dust, grease or other foreign substances) smooth, structurally sound and moisture free. Subfloor should be leveled to 3/16” within a 10’ radius or 1/16” within 1’ radius. Fill all low areas with a latex patching compound and let cure for 24-36 hours. High spots should be ground, chipped or sanded to a level surface. Remove all dust and debris.

D) Concrete Sub-floors: Always determine if moisture is present before beginning installation. Your dealer can assist with testing procedure(s). If moisture exists in slab you must correct the problem and apply a moisture barrier (suggested by dealer) before installing tile. New concrete subfloors must be sufficiently cured prior to installation. On or below grade concrete must be absent of hydrostatic pressure, moisture or alkalinity. The ph level of the concrete must be between 5 and 9, and the moisture level of concrete must be below 3 lbs./1000 sq. ft./24 hours (1.36 kg/92.9m2/24 hours) as determined by a calcium chloride test according to ASTM F-1869 test method. The selling Dealer and Manufacturer are not responsible for installation of Dri Back Plank or Tile over: 1. Any subfloor containing moisture. 2. Concrete slabs containing anti-freeze, chemicals, admixtures, quick dry mix or curing compounds which are hygroscopic, are NOT ACCEPTABLE. 3. DO NOT INSTALL over previously sealed subfloors. First, strip or cover with sheet vinyl or other approved underlayment. 4. Radiant heated sub-floors where surface temperatures do not exceed 80°F (26.67 degrees C) and above. E) Wood Underlayment: Use APA registered underlayment grade plywood with fully sanded face. Underlayment board, such as plywood and other suitable subfloor should be underlayment grade minimum 1/2” thick and have 1/8” gap around perimeter. If subfloor is at least 1” thick it is acceptable to use an underlayment grade minimum of 1/4” thick. Reminder, always apply tile to the smooth side of the underlayment material making sure that the underlayment sub-floor is securely fastened with countersink screws. • Level and smooth the sub-floor with latex based product that is recommended by your dealer. ALWAYS USE latex floor primer on all porous surfaces such as wood or concrete prior to installation. Subfloor Preparation: All substrates must be structurally sound, dry, solid and stable. Substrate should be clean and free of dust, dirt, oil, grease, paint, curing agents, concrete sealers, loosely bonded toppings, loose particles, old adhesive residues, and any other substance or condition that may prevent or reduce adhesion. Concrete slabs exceeding 3 lbs. per 1000 sq. ft. (1.36 kg) MVER according to ASTM F1869 and 75% Relative Humidity according to ASTM F2170 must be treated prior to the installation. Acclimation and Application: Condition adhesive, plank or tile, other installation materials and subfloor at 65°F to 85°F (18°C to 29°C) for 48 hours prior to, during and 48 hours after installation. Adhesive must be spread uniformly with the recommended trowel (see Coverage information below). Proper adhesive application is critical. Excessive amounts of adhesive applied with an improper trowel will delay drying time. Insufficient coverage (normally caused by worn notches on adhesive trowels) will prevent proper adhesion or bond to the tile. Allow adhesive to dry to a tack, approximately 45 to 60 minutes depending on humidity and subfloor porosity. The adhesive will turn from off-white to clear when tacky dry and will not transfer to the finger when firmly touched. Do not use fans to accelerate adhesive drying time. Flooring must be installed within 2 hours of applying the adhesive. Position flooring at a low angle into adhesive and press firmly without sliding. Immediately after installation, roll flooring diagonally to plank joints in both directions with a 100-lb. (45 kg), three-section steel roller. Additionally roll all plank joints with hand-held seam roller. Cleanup: Wet adhesive may be removed with a damp cloth; dry adhesive may be removed with a cloth dampened with mineral spirits. Do not reuse adhesive container. Dispose of in accordance with local regulations. CAUTION: Solvents are hazardous materials and should be used with caution, in accordance with the manufacturer’s label instructions. INSTALLATION: A) LAYOUT OF ROOM: Measure and Mark Room: Find center point of room and draw a center line using a suitable straight edge or chalk line. 1. Proper placement of the first row is key to the installation, place parallel to the longest wall and draw a line 6 inches along wall. 2. Dry lay a test row of Plank or Tile along the line with the groove side on line. If the line is not square reposition. 3. Measure and mark centerline. That centerline must be perpendicular to line the runs along side wall. 4. Using adhesive and trowel recommended in these instructions spread adhesive as instructed on label of adhesive and set first plank into position, on center line with groove side to wall. B) CUT PLANK: 1. Remember cut and set plank at each end of the row before installing next row. 2. Using proper caution, cut planks with a utility knife, remember to follow all safety precautions. 3. Remember as you proceed, clean planks with adhesive remover recommended by your selling dealer. C) COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION: 1. The second row begins at the center of plank 1 and plank 2. 2. Randomly stagger the plank per these instructions and above diagram. 3. Tightly install each row staggered. 4. After floor is set, install final planks in space open from step 1. NOTES: • Must use laytex primer on all porous sub-floors • Allow adhesive to set dry to the touch prior to installation of plank • Do not allow planks to set in adhesive for longer than 1/2 hour, you must immediately roll with a 100 lb. 3 section steel roller. You must also roll all seams with 3 section hand roller or handheld j roller, applying adequate pressure to ensure proper bond. CUTTING PLANKS: Use a utility knife to score the top surface and snap plank, or use optional cutter, for odd shapes and curves around doors use a coping saw or hack saw. APPLIANCES: When installing or re-installing appliances make sure to use hard board to roll appliances on, including stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, ice makers, etc., for protection on the newly installed plank. Additionally, place heavy gauge card board over entire surface area as protection for workers, painters, electricians, etc., if work is still being completed in home or apartment. Since manufacturer has no control over the quality control or raw material components used in the manufacturing of competitive adhesives, therefore, in order to satisfy warranty coverage we only can recommend the use of DRI-TEC 5000 under recommended products. GENERAL INFORMATION Luxury Vinyl Flooring is recommended for interior use in residential and light commercial application. LVF is not recommended for use in showers, countertops or ceilings. Condition the room, product and adhesive at a constant temperature of between 65 degrees F (18 degrees C) and 85 degrees F (29 degrees C) for 48 hours prior to, during and 48 hours after installation. Thereafter maintain a room temperature between 55 degrees F (13 degrees F) and 100 degrees F (38 degrees C). When installing from two or more cartons, check the dye lot info to assure pattern and shade numbers match. APPROVED SUBSTRATE Floors: Dry concrete at all grade levels, suspended wood, qualifying properly prepared existing resilient floors. Substrate must be clean and dry, free from dirt, dust, grease or other extraneous materials that will inhibit bond. Deviations in the flatness of the floor cannot exceed 1/16” in 1 foot or 3/16” in 10 foot. Identify and fill any low areas with a portland based latex patching compound. Gypsom based patches are not recommended. *Do not sand, dry sweep,dry scrape, drill, saw, beadblast of mechanically chip or pulverize existing resilient flooring, backing, lining felt or asphaltic cut back adhesives or other adhesives. These product may contain asbestos fibers and or crystalline silica. Avoid creating dust. Inhalation of such dust is a cancer and respiratory track hazard. Various federal, state and local government agencies have regulations covering the proper removal of asbestos based products, please consult with these jurisdictions prior to consideration and removal.

Luxury Vinyl Flooring Program Perfect Fit is a revolutionary design in floating plank floor technology. Using the weight from its thick construction; it stays firmly in place! It has a strong Maxium Shield coating and is quiet and warm under foot. Because of Perfect Fit design the planks can be installed over all types of sub floors including natural wood, concrete, one layer of existing vinyl, ceramic. Get Started 1. Tools: Utility knife & straight edge, depending on application a small amount of vinyl 2. adhesive or tape specified below. Material Needed: Measure the length & width of your room. If the room has alcoves or offsets, measure these separately. This will give you the square footage of the room. Have a minimum of 10% extra to cover mistakes, trimming and for future needs and or replacement. Check what the amount of Square Footage is for the package carton and divide it by the room dimensions factoring in the alcoves and offsets and adding in your overage to determine the correct amount of cartons for your installation. Perfect Fit must be Condition Prior to installation: Perfect Fit must be stored at room temperature of at least 65 degrees Fahrenheit. For 24 to 48 hours before installation. Stack cartons no more than 3 high with at least 4â€? of airflow around not next to and heat or cooling ducts and direct sunlight. When installing planks you should work out of a minimum of 3 boxes and mix planks or tiles when installing. Subfloor Preparation While Perfect Fit is suitable for situations where many other types of flooring should not be used, certain precautions should be observed including and not limited to: 1: Make sure you have a sound, solid subfloor with little flexibility. 2: Evaluate your concrete floor if it has a moisture problem, Fix It! Hydrostatic pressure and/or High PH need to be addressed. It can create a highly corrosive substance that no flooring product can tolerate. There are many products on the market that can seal the concrete and protect Flex-E-Grip from this issue. Polyurethane sheets can be used, as a precaution once the concrete floor has been tested not a solution for a problem. Our limits for the best precautions are as follows:

3: Check environment! Keep clean and dust free work conditions during installation. The room temperature and the sub floor temperature should be between 65° and 85 ° Fahrenheit. Maintain proper temperature for 48 hours before, during and after installation. The building’s heating and air-conditioning system should be turned on at least one to two weeks before installation. Perfect Fit is an interior product only, and must be installed in a temperature controlled environment, maintained between 65 and 85 degrees F. Please keep in mind a concrete floor can be up to ten degrees colder than the actual room temperature. Sub floor compatibility All Levels of Concrete: Lightweight concretes are approved and Wood Sub floors. All other sub floors, i.e. particleboard, OSB, chipboard, wafer board, Gypsum Underlayment and Floor Toppings etc. must be sturdy, flat, and have little flexibility and manufacturers installation specifications need to be followed. Caution: Soft underlayment and Substrates can diminish Flex-E-Grip inherent strength in resisting indentations. Quarry tile, terrazzo, and ceramic tile need to be floated and grout joints filled with a high quality Portland base cement product. For Radiant heat components must be a minimum of 1/2” separated from Perfect Fit. This is the only type of radiant heat that is approved. Subfloors should have been operational for at least 3 weeks prior to installation to drive out moisture and calibrate temperature settings. All radiant heat floors should be turned down so sub floor temperature is maintained at 65 degrees for 3 days prior to installation and kept at 65 degrees for at least 48 hours after installation to allow the adhesive to fully cure. Maximum operating temperature should never exceed 85°F. Existing resilient tile and sheet vinyl floors are ok but must be in good condition and fully bonded to the structural floor. All existing vinyl needs to be stripped and cleaned of all wax and heavily embossed vinyl should be floated with a high quality Portland based cement. Any tile or sheet that is of a soft cushion construction must be removed. For all removal of any resilient glue down product follow RFCI’s recommended Work Practices for removal of resilient floor covering. These products may contain asbestos fibers and/ or crystalline silica. Do not sand or bead blast during removal. Please visit RFCI.com for advice on vinyl installations if needed. Note: A layer of resilient or soft underlayments like lauan may compromise the inherent strength of Flex-E-Grip. Do not install over more than one layer of existing flooring, to prevent indentations. Perfect Fit is water/moisture resistant, and does not support mold or mildew. However, excessive moisture in the sub floor can cause mold, mildew, and other moisture related issues like the trapping of moisture emissions under Perfect Fit. This will cause an adverse affect on existing glue down substrates causing it to release.

Check for any dips in the sub floor that can create a void underneath the floor that will cause stress on the plank seams when walking on it. Perfect Fit is water resistant so it can be installed directly over concrete floors in the basement, (Refer to Sub floor preparation on page 1). If your concrete floor has any bumps or burrs of concrete sticking up, simply knock them off with a hammer and chisel and fill in the holes. Installation of Perfect Fit Measure out your room and determine the length and width of the perimeter plank or tile keeping a balanced perimeter row on each side of the room. Perfect Fit is very easy to cut by scoring with a sharp blade and snapping or a vinyl cutter. Avoid small perimeter pieces less than 6 inches in length and 3 inches in width. Check the walls and make sure it is square to the opposite wall if not you can scribe the plank on the edge that goes against the wall to create a straight square-starting row. Never expose scribe or cut ends they should always be covered by molding. Installation should start at corner of the room and work your way out. The perimeter needs to be secured for all installations to lock remainder of floor in place. This can be achieved in three different ways.1) Flushing products tightly against the wall with no expansion gap 2) Pressure Sensitive Adhesive to secure to the perimeter(use distributor recommendation). 3) Pressure Sensitive double face tape. Once the starting perimeter row is in place just lay your plank down and adjust all side and end seams tight and square to each other. The best part to an Perfect Fit installation is that you can just pull up and reposition a tile or plank if it does not look right. Avoid walking on planks as much as possible until all the perimeter tiles or planks are in place to lock in the installation. For planks make sure you stagger the rows with different size planks so the ends of the planks do not line up in a straight uniform line. No starting row piece or end piece should be less than 6 inches and a random staggered method is best. For your typical residential installations only you can use a heavy-duty double face tape to secure the perimeter planks from moving. First remove the paper from one side and secure tape to the back of the tile or plank. Then remove paper and place tile or plank to floor. The acceptable amount of tape is 3 rows running length wise down plank if using 2-inch wide tape and 5 rows for tile. For cutting around irregular objects make a pattern out of heavy paper to fit around the object then place and trace the pattern upon the plank and cut along the lines with a utility knife or heavy duty scissors and lay the plank. For any reason you need to replace a plank that is damaged just pull up the plank and put another in its place itâ€™s that easy.

Maintenance for Perfect Fit Planks Easy as 1-2-3- Sweep, Vacuum and Mop floor regularly! Our strong durable ceramic coating will protected your floor for many years. Follow the precautions below for keeping your floor looking good for years to come. Use, plastic, glass or other non-staining cups with flat under surfaces not less than 2 inches in diameter for legs of heavy appliances and furniture. Use proper floor protectors on all chairs. Remove all small diameter buttons from legs of straight chairs and replace with medal glides no smaller than 1 inch in diameter. Examine your protectors periodically, check for burs or debris or wear make sure the surface is smooth. Do not drag any types of furniture across your floor! These precautions will prevent scratches and indentations from appearing on your floor. Avoid rolling type caster wheels on chairs and/or heavy objects if possible. If not make sure the rollers are the double type wheels at least 2â€? in diameter. This will help disperse the weight properly to prevent any issues with Dynamic Load, which is the affect of heavy rolling objects that are not stationary. Heavy weighted loads that are not properly dispersed can put a strain on flooring material to move. If exposed to this the best solution is to glue these areas with our recommended Spray Locking Adhesive, which will eliminate any potential issues. Do not expose floor to frequent standing water and wipe up all spills quickly. Watch for tracked in dirt and grit particles. Use walk off mats at all room entrances. Do not use rubber or latex back mats. Certain chemicals in backing can stain vinyl. Use Nonstaining vinyl mats or woven rugs that are colorfast. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight for prolong periods. The use of drapes and blinds are recommended. Direct sunlight over long period of time can cause discoloration. No finishes are needed. Perfect Fit has a strong permanent Maxium Shield. Do not use any type of floor wax, harsh detergent or solvents like lacquer thinner, abrasive cleaners or Mop and Shine type products, which can leave a film. Avoid vinegar as a cleaning agent. Use cleaners that are recommended for vinyl. The use of steam mops is ok. Do not use vacuums with beater bars. Commercial Installations: Follow same recommendations as above. Daily sweeping, dust mopping or vacuuming will prevent dirt and grit particles from being grounded into surface of plank or tile. The amount of foot traffic will dictate you maintenance program but washing the floor by damp mopping and use of an auto scrubber should be part of the program. Heavy use and extremely dirty floors should be scrubbed with a 175-300RPM-floor buffer. No Scrubber or Buffer can exceed 300 RPM! A red type pad should be used for scrubbing and a white pad for buffing. Suitable made for vinyl-cleaning products should be used. !

Dissatisfaction due to improper installation or maintenance. For additional information for proper installation and maintenance, please review the information on the product packaging.

Damages resulting from misuse or abuse including, but not limited to, scratches, cuts, burns, stains, indentations, improper or insufficient maintenance, and lack of proper floor protector.

Floor products sold as irregulars or second quality which is sold “as is”.

Damages or failure of floor to adhere to subfloor resulting from excessive moisture, alkali and / or hydrostatic pressure. Color variations between samples or printed illustrations and the actual production runs.

Discoloration due to use of rubber-backed mats, coco-fiber mats, solvent-based polishes or cleaners, or asphalt tracked in from driveways or parking lots.

Reduction of gloss from use. Residential or Commercial installations with heavy wheeled vehicle traffic that permanently indents, or damages the flooring. This limited warranty is made solely to the original purchaser of Dri Back Vinyl and Tile products and is not transferable under any circumstances. This limited warranty is expressly in lieu of any other expressed warranty whether oral or written. No representative, employee, or agent, or any other person, is authorized to assume for any additional liability or responsibility in connection with these products. Consequently, agents, employees, distributors, and dealers are not authorized to make modifications to this limited warranty, or additional warranties. Accordingly, additional statements such as dealer advertising or presentations, whether oral or written, do not constitute warranties and should not be relied upon. IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY ARE LIMITED TO A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
