National Chairman of the Association and Chairman of Abaji Area Council of the FCT, Alhaji Abubakar Umar Abdullahi, in a statement made available to newsmen in Abuja, declared that the 774 local governments of Nigeria are fully ready to support the new administration in bringing about the benefits of the renewed hope offered by the President in the transformation and development process for the country.

Abdullahi said President Tinubu’s emergence in the last general elections was a clear testimony that Nigeria’s democracy is maturing by the day, with promises for various tiers of government to synergize for good governance and delivering on the socioeconomic needs for the citizens.

He added that looking at the outcome of the election Tinubu was elected by Nigerians across the board with their firm belief in his astuteness to bring harmony among the people irrespective of ethnicity, religion and group needs.

He said “ALGON congratulates President Bola Tinubu in earnest terms and looks forward to a closer working relationship with the administration in its commitment to providing adequate security, fulfilling the wellbeing of the people and furthering the political and economic development of the entire Nation”.
