Kaduna Electric customers now to pay electricity bills directly

The Kaduna Electric has advised its customers to henceforth pay their bills along with other transactions through approved channels and not to the company’s Sales Representatives. The Sales Representatives are to focus on marketing and customer services support going forward.

It said the measure was in response to customer complaints over partial or nonreflection of their payment for electricity bills.

Kaduna Electric said it has provided alternative, more convenient payment options for customers to settle their electricity bills and make other transactions without hassle.

The payment options include the company’s cash offices spread in every neighborhood across its franchise states where payments will be receipted and on its website at www.kadunaelectric.com where customers can log in to make both postpaid and prepaid transactions.

A statement by Abdulazeez Abdullahi, company’s Head of Corporate Communication, said in addition to bills payment, customers can also settle loss of revenue and other charges via Kaduna Electric’s Customer Core App which can be downloaded on Google Play Store and on the App Store.

The statement also said customers can, from the comfort of their homes from anywhere in the world, make seamless transactions either through the Apps of its third party vendors, Buypower and Irecharge or on their websites at www.buypower.ng and www. irecharge.ng respectively.

Other third party vendors where payments can be made conveniently are; Coral Pay, Pay4Power and Ruabam POS merchants, it said.

Kaduna Electric therefore urged customers to adopt any of the available options in order to avoid the complaints of payments not reflecting in their accounts. It also said by making payments using the approved channels, customers will have peace of mind knowing they will not be shortchanged by unscrupulous agents.

It said all the channels are reliable, cost-effective and convenient to use and guarantee payment and revenue protection for both Kaduna Electric and its customers.

LG unveils latest cutting-edge innovations at 2023 MEA, aims to enhance customer experience

LG, the electronics giant, has disclosed that its LG Showcase MEA 2023 is now open, marking the first time in four years that LG Electronics is presenting its latest products in the region.

According to the company, the two-day event will be taking place at Habtoor City in Dubai, UAE, and will be attended by over 400 guests. Visitors will have the chance to witness LG’s latest innovations, which will soon be rolled out in the region.

The LG Showcase, which was last held in 2019, brings together the largest group of participants ever, reflecting their confidence and expectations towards LG’s brand and its exciting range of new products. The event reaffirms the company’s “Life’s Good” philosophy, which aims to bring innovative products to the market that enhance the overall customer experience.

Giving his Keynote Speech, Mr. Il Hwan Lee, Chief Executive Officer of LG MEA Region, said, “We are thrilled that LG Showcase MEA has resumed in Dubai in the post-pandemic period. This event has built a reputation for providing visitors with first-hand experiences with the most innovative technology that LG has developed, providing our customers with ‘First, Unique, and New’ experiences.
