Method: 1. C ombine rosemary, sugar,

and water in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and allow to cool. Strain the syrup into a jar.

Adding rosemary turns this summer cocktail into the perfect Holiday libation.

2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, gin, lemon juice, and 3 tbsp. of the rosemary syrup.

Shake for 30 seconds. Pour into glasses, top off with soda, and garnish with rosemary.

These simple Gluten Free treats will soon become a family favorite, just be sure to bake enough!

Ingredients: 5 oz roasted Pistachios, chopped 1¼ cup Almond Flour

⅓ cup + 1 tbsp. Superfine Sugar Egg Whites from 2 Eggs

Method: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Add half the pistachios to a food processor and process until they form a fine powder. In a bowl, combine the pistachio powder, almond flour, sugar, and egg whites and mix well until a paste is formed.

2. Scoop the cookie batter and form little balls, then roll them in the remaining chopped pistachios.

If you find the batter too sticky, add a little bit more almond flour.

3. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 14 minutes at 340°F.

Method: 1. H eat oven to 375° F. Using a paper towel, pat your turkey dry of juices. Rub salt and pepper in the cavity, then stuff with thyme, sage, apple and half the onions.

2. Tie the legs together with kitchen twine and tuck the wing tips underneath the body. Rub the turkey all over with butter and season with salt and pepper.

3. Place the carrots, celery, remaining onions, and cup of broth in a large roasting pan. Place a roasting rack in the pan and put the turkey on top of it.

4. R oast the turkey, basting every 30 minutes with the pan juices to promote even browning.

5. If the turkey becomes too brown before it is done cooking, tent it loosely with aluminum foil. If the vegetables begin to burn, add more broth to the pan.

6. C ontinue roasting until the thickest part of a thigh registers 165° F, 2∏ to 3 hours. Transfer the turkey to a carving board, tent with foil, and let rest for at least 25 minutes. Carve and enjoy!

Holiday Rib Roast au Poivre Celebrate the season with flavorful, All Natural meat from Niman Ranch.

Ingredients: 1 Beef Standing Rib Roast 2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard 1 tbsp. chopped Parsley 1 tbsp. chopped Thyme 2 tbsp. + 1 tsp. mixed whole Peppercorns, crushed 2 tbsp. coarse Sea Salt 2 Red Onions, cut into quarters 2 Carrots, roughly chopped 2 heads of Garlic, halved horizontally 1 tbsp. Olive Oil Method: 1. Spread fatty side of beef with the mustard, sprinkle with herbs, crushed peppercorns, and sea salt. Cool in the fridge for at least two hours.

2. Pre-heat oven to 425째F. Take roast out of fridge and place on a roasting pan. Arrange onion, carrots, and garlic around the roast and drizzle with oil.

3. C ook for 20-25 minutes in oven. Reduce temperature to 350째F and cook for one hour fifteen minutes for medium (or until desired internal temperature is reached).

4. T ransfer beef to a platter. Cover with foil and set aside for 20-30 minutes to rest. Transfer onion and garlic to a plate and set aside.

5. C arve your roast, delicately arranging onions, carrots, and garlic on the platter, and serve.

Ingredients: ½ cup Woodstock Organic Butter, room temperature 1 cup Woodstock Organic granulated Sugar 2 Eggs 1 cup Farmer's Market Organic Pumpkin 2 cups King Arthur All-Purpose Flour

1 tsp. Baking Soda 1 tsp. ground Cinnamon ½ tsp. ground Allspice ¼ tsp. ground Ginger ¼ tsp. ground Nutmeg ½ cup Ghiradelli Baking Chips ¼ cup chopped Walnuts

Glaze: ½ cup powdered Sugar 1 tsp. Orange Zest 2 tbsp. Orange Juice Method: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease the bottom of a metal or glass 9x5” loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.

2. I n large bowl, mix butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and pumpkin with whisk until incorporated. With a wooden spoon or spatula, stir in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and spices until combined.

Stir in baking chips and walnuts. Spread evenly into pan.

3. Bake for 1 hour. Move to cooling rack and let cool for 2 hours.

4. G laze: In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, orange zest, and orange juice until smooth. If the glaze is too thick to drizzle, add a touch more orange juice. Drizzle the glaze over the loaf and serve.
