The Drexel Design Engineering Center is a new interdisciplinary academic building on Drexel University's campus, aiming to promote innovative collaborations within the university and with potential outside partners. The Center focused on creating a synergy between Drexel's Westphal College of Media Arts, Design and the College of Engineering, and the Robotics Coalition of Philadelphia. These entities were chosen as design and engineering are closely related as numerous products are often results of designers and engineers collaborating to create a solution to a problem.
This project was developed from concept to final design with Natalie De Rosa and Arman Reid under the supervision and guidance of Profession Jacklynn Neimeic, AIA. This is a two-term project running from January to June 2022.
