2023 Collegiate Inductees

Brianna Andrach, Class of 2023

Hi everyone! My name is Brianna Andrach, I am a sixth year pharmacy student from New Jersey. During my time at MCPHS, I was able to be apart of ASHP’s Eboard, where I was able to work with my peers to collaborate ideas and create events for the club. By being on the Eboard, I was able to practice teamwork, time management, and communication. I have also been able to work at an independent pharmacy back in New Jersey where I learned a lot of the skills I use now on my APPE rotations. As for my future career goals, I would love to work in the pharmaceutical industry, for example in Pharmacovigilance and work my way up in the field as I work through the years. I wanted to join Phi Lambda Sigma to be more involved, make a difference, and to learn how to be a better leader. I think it’s important we all continue to grow and learn in order to be the best versions of ourselves and future pharmacists!

On top of that, as someone who has travelled halfway across the globe to study in the U.S. without a strong background, I couldn’t have been where I am today without the support from other student leaders I have met along the way. I truly appreciate all their support and inspiration. That said, I would love to be the next generation of leaders who can support and inspire other future leader generations. My ultimate career goal is to land a job in a Clinical Development fellowship post-graduate program so that I will be able to contribute to the drug development process which will invent more and more good medications to cure many diseases and save more people's life.
