CURRENT HIGHLIGHTS • The Southeast detention pond is being excavated.

• The North and South parking areas around the Building 1 pad are being graded.

• The Building 1 pad has been cut to elevation and proof rolled.

• The drainage layer of rock under the Building 1 slab has been placed.

• The gridlines and off-sets for the building pad have been laid out.

• Foundation rebar will be delivered and pre-tying of the bar will commence.

• The elevator pit and pit walls will be constructed.

• The interior column footings will be installed after the elevator pit.

• The interior footing and exterior footings will be installed.

• The elevator shaft masonry walls will transpire upon completion of the elevator pit.

• The electrical underground raceways for the slab will begin soon.
