Add Library Card details.

Click ‘Add Library Card’ and then ‘Log in to Playford’.

A pop-up screen will appear and you will need to add your Library Card Number (starting with X0 or D0)

Then add in your four-digit library PIN Number.

STEP 3

Add your name and email address.

Add in your first and last name along with your email and and a new password for Kanopy.

Click ‘Sign up’.

You will receive an email to verify your account in your inbox.

Libby is the easiest way to get started with digital books and audiobooks from your public library service.

Search the collection STEP 1

Download the Libby app from the app store on your Android, iOS (iPhone/iPad/ iPad touch), or Windows 10 device.

Open Libby, follow the prompts to find your library ‘South Australia Public Library Service’ and sign–in with a valid library card.

Browse your library’s collection and borrow a title.

Borrowed titles appear on your shelf and download to the app automatically when you’re on Wi-Fi so you can read them when you are offline.

How to Access LinkedIn Learning Library Edition

Access via your Computer

Access LinkedIn Learning through the playford.sa.gov.au/library page. Go to Online Library and click the LinkedIn Learning: Online Training link.

Type in your Library Card Number and PIN to login to your account.

Access via the LinkedIn Learning App for smartphones and tablets.

Download the LinkedIn Learning App from the App Store (Apple iOS) or Google Play (Android).

When you open the app for the first time, you will be prompted for a library ID. Enter sapln You will then be prompted to enter your Library Card Number and PIN. You’ll then have access to expert-led courses in Business, Technology and Creativity.

Borrowing

Joining the Library is free and gives you access to borrow from all public libraries in the Libraries SA network.

Please make sure your mobile phone number and email address are up to date to receive SMS/ email reminder before your items are due.

We now have automatic renewals in the library service. Your item will be automatically renewed, if no one else has requested the item and your card is clear of any fees and fines.

Don’t forget to check out the Libraries SA App to search the catalogue and request items.The Libraries SA App is available through the App Store (iOS Apple) or Google Play (Android).
