STEP 1

Go to Website & Login

Go online to:

playford.kanopy.com

Kanopy is an app for Playford Library members to stream movies, documentaries, tv shows and more from a device.

STEP 2

Add Library Card details Click ‘Add Library Card’ and then ‘Log in to Playford’. A pop-up screen will appear and you will need to add your Library Card Number (starting with X0 or D0) Then add in your four-digit library PIN Number.

STEP 3

Add your name and email address

Add in your first and last name along with your email and and a new password for Kanopy.

Click ‘Sign up’.

You will recieve an email to verify your account in your inbox.

STEP 4

Download the App and enjoy You can access Kanopy by downloading the app from the Apple App store or Google Play store on Android.

Confirm your choice and download the complete eBook or eAudiobook instantly or reserve the title for later. If you reserve a book we will email you when it’s ready to download.

Searching and borrowing

Download the Libby app from the app store on your Android, iOS (iPhone/iPad/ iPad touch), or Windows 10 device. Open Libby, follow the prompts to find your library and sign–in with a valid library card. Browse your library’s collection and borrow a title.

If you can’t get Libby on your device, you can try using the original Overdrive app. For more help, visit help.overdrive.com Borrowed titles appear on your shelf and download to the app automatically when you’re on Wi-Fi so you can read them when you are offline.

From your Shelf, you can: • Tap Open Book, Open Audibook, or Open Magazine to reading or listening. • Tap Manage Loan to see options like Renew, Return, or send to

Device.

STEP 1

Download the App and sign up Download the PressReader app from the app store on your Android, iOS (iPhone/iPad/iPad touch), or Windows 10 device. On the sign-in page click the Gold ‘Library Card’ icon, then select on ‘library & group’. Search ‘South Australia’ and click Library– South Australia Public Library Network SA Onecard’.

STEP 2

Add your library card details Type in your library card number (starting with ‘X0/D0’) and PIN, click sign-in. Then, in new user enter your email address, create a password and put your first and last name in. Click agree to T&Cs to log in. STEP 3 Search and borrow Search magazine and newspaper titles and click on the title to borrow. Click ‘Read’ to download and enjoy your selected magazine title.

How to Access LinkedIn Learning Library Edition

Access LinkedIn Learning through the playford.sa.gov.au/library page.

Go to Online Library and click the LinkedIn Learning: Online Training link.

Type in your Library Card Number and PIN to begin accessing a variety of tutorials. Some of the free tutorials available on LinkedIn Learning: • Audio + Video • Web • Design • Photography • 3D Printing • Animation • 3D Modelling • Developer • Video • and much more..

Borrowing

Joining the Library is free and gives you access to borrow from all Public Libraries in the Libraries SA Network.

Please inform staff of your mobile phone number so we can send you SMS reminder before your items are due. You can renew your items by either:

Justice of the Peace

The JP Service is a drop-in service with volunteer JP staff. We recommend you contact the library on the day to ensure availability. Please ensure you bring Photo ID as it must be sighted by the JP as per SA’s Oath Act (1936).
